Plan for the people in the room
State what participants should be able to do by the end. Match each activity to that goal and explain any preparation they need. A clear plan often separates arrival, introduction, hands-on work, reflection and next steps. Replace the sample ceramics content with your actual session.
Make a facilitator or participant version
Use a saved project as a starting point for separate copies. A facilitator plan may include prompts and timing, while a participant handout can focus on instructions and materials. These are manually managed document copies, not linked live schedules.
Check the details AI cannot verify
AI can suggest headings, ordering and wording, but it does not confirm venue availability, safety requirements or a realistic timetable. Review every activity and timing against your actual event. Avoid sending private participant information in a prompt.

Can this book a venue or register participants?
No. It creates a planner or handout PDF. Booking, attendance tracking and registration are outside the app.
Can I add a logo or illustration?
Yes. Open the draft in the canvas editor and add a local image, editable shapes or drawing.
