- Choose the client proposal starter. Replace client, service, date, price and timeline placeholders with details you have verified.
- Use the Content panel to edit sections and the Design panel to choose a layout and palette. Optional AI can help organize your own brief into a proposal draft.
- Choose Edit on canvas for detailed typography, logo placement and object arrangement. Review all pages, then save the project and export your PDF.
Give the reader a decision to make
Explain the client’s objective first, then connect the proposed work to that objective. List concrete deliverables and a next step. A proposal becomes easier to assess when the scope, exclusions, dates and price are explicit. desin supplies editable structure; you supply the actual business terms.
Match your visual identity
Add a local logo, choose custom colors and refine headings in the browser editor. Use alignment and layer controls to keep repeated elements consistent. The starter is useful for a short proposal; add pages in the canvas for longer material and check that nothing overflows.
Use AI for wording, not commitments
Give AI the scope and tone you want. Review every suggestion and keep prices and dates as placeholders until confirmed. AI does not calculate proposal totals, validate commercial terms, create signatures or send proposals to clients.
Questions before you begin
Is this an e-signature tool?
No. This creates a document for you to review and download. Signing, payment collection and client acceptance tracking are not included.
Can I add more pages?
Yes. In the canvas editor, use Pages to add or duplicate pages, then arrange your content and export a multi-page PDF.
