PDF tools, preview, canvas editing and PDF export run in your browser. Choosing a file does not upload it to us.

Optional AI

When you consent and send an AI request, your prompt and relevant document text, layout and object properties go to our server and the SecurePath model gateway. Image pixels are excluded from canvas AI requests. The gateway keeps prompt and response logs for 90 days. Transcripts may be used by SecurePath Technologies to improve and train models. The retention period does not guarantee removal of information already learned by a trained model. Use the local tools without AI if you do not want that use. Do not send sensitive information you do not want recorded. Suggestions require your review before they change your document.

Local storage and downloads

Opt-in autosave stores one recovery project in this browser’s IndexedDB. It may include embedded images. Download a project file for a backup; browser data can be cleared or evicted. Downloaded projects and PDFs remain on your device until you delete them. Turning autosave off stops future saves; use the clear recovery control to remove the saved draft.

Operational data

Page requests pass through our hosting and may appear in access logs. Production AI uses a secure, signed session cookie lasting up to 24 hours to enforce usage limits. Rate-limit counters use a keyed hash of your IP and expire within two days. These are anonymous browser sessions, not user accounts. No ad or analytics scripts are installed.

Compatibility

Tools accept up to 20 files, 50 MiB combined and 100 PDF pages. Signed documents, forms and encrypted PDFs are unsupported. Rebuilt PDFs may lose bookmarks, attachments, accessibility tags and document-level metadata. Text extraction does not perform OCR. Review exported documents before relying on them.

Beta status

Operated by SecurePath Technologies. Privacy questions and access/correction/deletion requests: info@securepath.tech. Hosting/security logs are retained for 90 days under the operator’s policy. Clearing browser recovery does not remove previously submitted AI transcripts or downloaded files. No ads are active. We will publish vendor and consent details before enabling advertising.
