- Choose a project brief, workshop planner, client proposal or checklist as your starting point. Replace the prompt placeholders with your own details.
- Describe the mood, colors and layout you want. Consent to the AI request, then review the proposed design before applying it.
- Open Edit on canvas to refine text, resize shapes, add local images or ask AI to adjust selected objects. Save an editable project and download a finished PDF.
What can the AI create?
The template studio produces structured document layouts with headings, body copy and editable visual styling. In the canvas editor, AI can propose supported text and vector shapes or revise the selected objects. It is useful for a first draft of a brief, proposal, planner or event flyer. Raster image generation, animation and a stock-image library are not included.
Useful prompts are specific
Try: “Create a workshop planner for a beginner ceramics class. Use a warm terracotta palette, a large heading, and separate sections for preparation, activities and wrap-up. Leave date and venue as placeholders.” Review all facts and replace placeholders before sharing. Tell AI which details to preserve when refining a design.
Stay in control of revisions
AI changes are proposals: preview, apply or discard them. Select a few objects to focus an edit, and lock objects you want to protect. Manual changes and PDF exports remain available without sending another AI request. Usage limits keep the shared service available.
Questions before you begin
Is the AI design generator free?
AI is available within usage limits. Manual design editing and normal PDF downloads are free, and no account is required.
Can I edit the result?
Yes. Apply the template, then choose Edit on canvas. Text, shapes, colors and layout remain editable. Save a desin project file to reopen the design later.
What does the AI receive?
Only after consent, your prompt and relevant document text, geometry and object properties are sent to our model service. Image pixels are excluded from canvas AI requests. Logs are kept for 90 days; transcripts may be used to improve and train models.
