- Open a blank canvas and choose A4, US Letter or a custom page size. Decide on one main message before adding details.
- Add a headline, image or accent shape. Place the event date, venue and a clear next step below it. Use the AI panel for a first layout proposal, if you want help.
- Check the wording and layout at a readable size. Save the editable project, download a PDF, and print a test copy before making a large batch.
Start with a clear visual hierarchy
Keep the headline short and make it the largest text on the page. Use a smaller, consistent style for the date, location and contact information. Leave space around important details instead of filling every corner. desin lets you adjust font family, size, alignment, line spacing and colors on individual objects.
Use your own artwork
Upload a local PNG, JPEG or WebP image and choose contain or cover to fit it. Adjust the crop position rather than stretching the image. Add a logo, simple shapes or a hand-drawn accent. There is no stock-photo library; use images you own or have permission to use.
Ask AI for an editable first draft
In the editor, open AI and select Event flyer. Replace generic wording with your event, audience, tone and desired colors before submitting. Review the suggestion before applying it. AI creates supported text and vector shapes, not a flattened image or verified event information.
Questions before you begin
Can I print my flyer?
Yes, download a PDF and print it. Choose the intended page size and check printer margins. Bleed, CMYK color management and professional prepress checking are not included.
Can I change the design later?
Save a desin project file along with the PDF. Reopen the project to edit objects; the finished PDF is not an editable desin project.
