DESIN / CREATE, EDIT, EXPORT
Make a checklist you will actually use.
Turn a plan into a readable checklist. Start with a launch template, tailor the tasks and sections, and create a printable PDF in your browser.
Make a checklist ↗How it works
- Open the launch checklist starter and rename the document for your project, event or routine.
- Replace the example tasks in Content. Group them into useful stages, such as preparation, the day itself and follow-up. Keep each task specific and actionable.
- Adjust spacing and styling for easy reading. Open the canvas for fine layout changes, then save a project copy and download the PDF.
Build around actions
Use short verbs and one task per line. A checklist for an event might include confirming the venue, checking materials and sending arrival details. Remove items that do not apply rather than keeping a long generic list. The editor allows you to add, reorder and rewrite sections.
Leave room for real use
If you intend to print the checklist, keep the type readable and leave room for notes. Use a restrained palette that remains legible in grayscale. Check the final PDF preview for line breaks and page boundaries before sharing it.
Get help turning notes into a draft
Optional AI can organize a list of your tasks into headings and concise items. Ask it to preserve deadlines and avoid inventing new commitments. The result is a design proposal you can review and change, not an automated task-management system.
Questions before you begin
Are the checkboxes interactive PDF form fields?
No. These are printable checklist marks and text. The exported PDF does not contain fillable form controls or track completed tasks.
Can I reuse a checklist?
Yes. Save a desin project file, reopen it and change the wording for your next use. Keep a separate copy if you want to preserve the original.
